How to Join

Thank you for your interest in joining the North Bay Builders Exchanges Insurance Trust. With this website you can access communication materials to see the benefits we have available, request a quote, sign up for the benefits newsletter and find contact information for participating associations.

In order to join the Insurance Trust, you must be a paying member of the North Bay Builders Exchange and complete the member application form. If you have not yet done this, please contact one of the participating associations. Once you become a member of NBBE, you can elect to participate in the insurance trust by completing (the) additional forms listed below. You must also meet certain eligibility requirement

• 1. NBBE Insurance Trust Participation Rules & Membership Application
• 2. Employer’s Request for Participation Agreement & Employer’s Statement
• 3. Employee Enrollment Application Form
• 4. COBRA-Cal-COBRA Status Questionnaire
• 5. Enrollment Declination Form

All forms must be returned to your Association/Exchange contact or to nbbebenefits@alliant.com within 30 days after your exchange approval date.
